SCXG-12 type Full Insulated Compact Metal-enclosed Unit switchgear (Inflatable Cabinet for short) is a switchgear which adopts modular design, and can be combined according to different purposes to meet the requirements of end users or network nodes. At the same time, the inflatable cabinet can meet the needs of various power distribution openers, box substations, cable branch boxes. It’s compact, safe, reliable, long-life and maintenance-free.

u Full insulated and full sealed structure. Protection level up to IP67 because of 1.4bar SF6 gas inside. Still operating normally in the extreme case of short-term flooding.

u Two types: fixed unit combination and expandable unit combination.
u Side or side expansion depending on the installation location.

Using environment:
u Temperature: Min -40℃~Max+45℃;
u Relative humidity: Daily average ≦95%; Monthly average≦90%;
u Altitude: ≦3000m;
u Shock level: Horizontal acceleration 0.4m/s2,Vertical acceleration 0.15m/s2;
u Installation location: The place with no severe impact, serious pollution and chemical corrosion, no conductive dust and explosion risk.
When the conditions of use exceed the above range, the user shall negotiate with us to determine the allowable range or take corresponding supplementary technical measures.

Standard configurations of each module in the inflator:
u 630A busbar.
u Three-location load/ Grounding switch.
u Three-location single spring operating mechanism with two independent load switches and grounding switch operating shaft.
u Position indication of load switch and grounding switch.
u In-line casing located horizontally at the front. Bolted casing in 400 series of 630A.
u Convenient add-on padlock on the panel for all switch functions.
u Ground busbar.
u Reserved bus extension.
u Capacitive voltage indicator for the incoming bushing.
u Only one pressure gauge with a detection SF6 density installed in each SF6 gas box.
u Lifting lugs.
u Operating handle.
Remarks: The extension must be indicated when confirming the contract.
